The form below is a copy of the behavior agreement that all students attending Crossings 2015 will sign before we leave on June 21, 2015. Parents will need to sign with their students and turn in the physical form (which will soon be given out) to the office of FBC Pocahontas. You may also return the form to Chase or Carlene Crawford. It's time again to register for Cedar Glade! Starting this evening, registration forms will be available to children at the AWANA registration desk. Any youth planning to go to Cedar Glade may acquire a registration form from Bro. Chase during any youth event or regularly scheduled youth meeting. Forms will also be available from the church office Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you choose to obtain a form from the office, please call ahead to make sure someone knows you are coming.
Parents, please take a form and look over it carefully. After you have filled out the form completely, you may return it to the church office, place it in an envelope and put it in the offering plate, or hand it directly to Bro. Eric or Bro. Chase. If you return it to the church office and no one is there, simply place the form in the mailbox by the front door of the office and someone will retrieve it. The last day to register for camp is May 13, 2015 and the cost to attend is $85.00. We cannot make extensions for anyone to register beyond May 13 as this year Cedar Glade has a limited number of beds for us to use. Please be sure to submit registration and payment by the due date.
